A face without freckles is like a sky without stars. Wonderful quote may I say. Good evening and for those followers of mine that didnt know i'm COVERED with freckles, and quite pale. So i never tan. This is probably my biggest insecurity. Spray tans are my best friends. Shout out to GLO!! I recently had to get a physical for college and my doctor told me I have abnormal skin, because of my pale skin and freckles. It was a stab to the heart. All you pale girls IT IS NOT ABNORMAL. I am very blessed to have an incredible boyfriend who can look at the sun and turn dark brown. Yet he has a thing for pale, freckled, red head girls, (even though i'm not a red head), he is begging me to dye my hair.
So after that i guess i'm trying to get at insecurities. I have tons of them, to name a few i'm extremely non athletic, and most of my high school friends were superstarts on the court, i cannot walk into any social event alone, i dont have a ripped body and flat abs, or small hips... ugh, and of course i'm pale. I'm thinking i have all these insecurites because of wonderful high school. Great place... i'm hoping in college nobody cares about this stuff and i can just start new. I have had some incredible people in my life (HEYY WE'RE FOUR GIRLS) that have helped me through the last four years, and i couldnt have done it without them.
Girls, find those friends in highschool that can get you through any sticky situation, and keep God in your heart always. Just the simplest prayer can change your day. Lastly 1 Tim 4:12, tape it in your locker.

Being a Bennie
Hello to all. So here I go!! My first blog post :) I would like to take this time to explain to you all... who ever you are, what my blog is all about. I will be venturing off to college this fall, to the wonderful school of St. Bens, College of St. Benedicts, CSB. CSB is a private Catholic school located in St. Joesph, near St. Cloud, I know, alot of Saints. Just one more, CSB is an all girls campus and University of St. Johns is the boys campus. Ever since I was a freshman i have been in love with this school. I honestly have no idea why but i feel that this was the place God had planned for me. I got my acceptence letter in November over Thanksgiving. It was the most incredable moment, my whole family was there to listen to my sister read my letter, I was crying way to hard to read. I've never wanted anything more than to become a Bennie. (a name used refering to the girls that attend CSB). My blog is going to be about my journey. My journey as a Bennie in the next four years. Thank you for reading I promise you this is going to be interesting.
